Continuation of support for V1 format of data entry support tool for chemicals and articles (revised2)

From chemSHERPA tool Ver. 2.06.00, only V2 format is available for both data input/output, and existing past data in V1 format cannot be handled. However, in order to make effective use of past data assets in V1 format, we have released chemSHERPA tool Ver. 2.05.00a, which has no expiration date.
(You can read data in V1 format and output it in V2 format, but please note that the Declarable Substances are those at the time of Ver. 2.05.00 and do not include the Declarable Substances updated in subsequent versions.)
