chemSHERPA-AI / CI tool for 64-bit application

In order to cope with the increase in the amount of data input to recent tools,
the chemSHERPA-AI / CI tool will be changed to a 64-bit version.
The 32-bit version of the tool will have been discontinued.
With this support, the supported OS is only 64 bit version, and the 32 bit version OS is not supported.
Data created with past 32-bit tools can be read with 64-bit tools.
The implementation is scheduled for tool version 2.03, which will be released in February 2021.
